Health and Wellness I may be a plus-sized person, but I actually do think a lot about my health and different ways to keep myself well. One of my favorite ways to work out (that is compatible with my fibromyalgia) is doing qigong, also known as "chi kung.". It's like a combination of yoga, tai chi, and meditation, all together; it helps you focus your own body's energy, or chi, into healing, strengthening, and energizing itself. I find that I'm able to think more clearly, concentrate better, and am much more energetic throughout the day when I maintain a regular schedule of qigong workouts. I'll put a link along with some of my other favorite related sites right here :o) I'm also interested in several natural healing methods and products, and most especially in the idea that it is possible to be fit and fat at the same time.
